You have access to a large lawn for games. A large glazed conservatory for pleasant dinners that you have prepared in a fully equipped and newly renovated kitchen.

Information & Guidelines
Booking information
Here you only make a reservation!
No payment will be made until we have contacted each other and then settle the payment.
Write a message in the reservation and tell a little about you and your family and I will write back as soon as possible. You are also welcome to call me directly.
Guest house
If there are more than four people, the guest house is opened. See details when booking. Children up to 16 years old are discounted when the guesthouse opens. 16+ counts as an adult.
At least one week can be booked.
Saturdays are changeover days.
Check in Saturdays at 14:00.
Check out Saturdays at 14:00. 12:00
You clean yourself before checking out.
Deposit of SEK 1500 is paid when booking.
The deposit is refunded after checking the cottage.
Rental agreement is drawn up when booking.
You easily sign the agreement by using: https://signera.ebox.nu/.
You upload the agreement you receive on the mail and sign it with BankID. Applies only to Swedish tenants.

Low season

Bank transfer
You pay 50% + deposit of the total amount in reservation cost within 10 days after our call. 50% of the remaining amount no later than 30 days before access.
Cancellation
Cancellation: 25% + deposit back on the reservation sum.
Contact me for longer bookings and we will discuss a favorable price.
Payment
There are two payment options.
- Bank transfer
- Credit / debit card
We do not charge your card now, but your card information is only stored in an encrypted database.
We charge after we have made contact with each other. It will also be easier to refund the deposit at check-out.
If the access is within a month, the full amount must be paid in or alternatively deducted from the tenant’s card, after contact.
